A constitution is just an instruction manual with laws. And LAWS are open for interpretation, which gives it its purpose. The complicated, intricately written terms used in these documents encourage everyone to view it as they see it fit and ammend it once its purpose has been fulfilled.

I don't mind about Putin coming back in 2012. If the people want him back, then so be it; after all, NO-ONE tells you how to run your affairs, especially if they don't know your conditions
