  • Even on a little Ipod, that voice gives me goosebumps. Really well done video.

  • I now know more about the show. thank you

  • I was in ANNIE GET YOUR GUN in high school -- wonderful show. My favorite picture is the one near the end, with Merman in the white fringed dress. I think Ethel was beautiful.

  • How wonderful to see these pictures of the original ANNIE GET YOUR GUN. I saw the 1966 revival and I'm amazed at how close to the original scenic vision of the musical was the 20th year revival. These shots show you how superior was the original production compared to the Bernadette Peters/ Reba McEntire/ Susan Lucci revival.

  • I agree! As much as I respect and enjoy revivals (a few rare times they are superior to the original) I always like to go back to the original production. That is, afterall, where it all began! The original scenic designer was the legandary Jo Milziener and the 1966 designer was Paul McGuire. The design could have paid a homage to Jo Mielziner.

  • the first comment??? wow...

Ok...this has got to be the best performance of the music ever. Ethel Merman cannot be matched. Thanks for posting!
