American style building - wooden construction covered with fake bricks so it could pretend to look solid and expensive. Face the facts - American houses and buildings are much weaker in comparison to the European. I think that houses constructed in such manner, even after 3 years of loosing it's value, are still overpriced. Only rich people can afford fake bricks outside the buildings. Most of American houses are covered with plastic sidings. So besides poor construction they also look creepy.

Even if those were real bricks, they only seem to be covering the outside walls, while the inside is probably competely made of wood. I don't see how that would work.
