I just watched Planet Earth on blu-ray recently so maybe that explains my train of thought. lol but seriously think about it cus I think jj is clever enough to do it. remember dharma logo flash in cloverfield???

is it just me or does the snow plant monster not resemble the monster from jjabram produced movie cloverfield? If true would it be resonable to say that the creature would have evolved to adapt to the planet? It looks similiar body wise but a little smaller maybe to be more agile and also, the face is different which maybe to adapt? Is my hypothesis logical?

This movie made me a star trek fan! after seeing TOS I must say it has honoured the series completely and invented some new stuff. which is great! I love how the old series was so charming and dramatic and especially the bond between kirk and spock. in this movie we see how the bond is only beginning to form and I think we can be very excited about the sequel! All those people who criticize the new movie and get all angry about it are just making themselves miserable.... flexibility guys c'mon!
