  • Saw him at the 80th Borthday gala for Sondheim and thought, man, he is a looker. Now, seeing him shirtless, I reiterate it in Capa....'MAN, HE IS A LOOKER'! And such a voice that can do opera and theatre. Leading man looks, (and pecs, biceps, etc). Too bad it was a still, would have loved to see him move throughout this aria, given the meaning. So glad I speak Italian, though spoken Italian is often very different from lyric Italian. Nathan...Bravo!

  • Great body, no voice

  • astonishing performance! wonderful orchestra too, shame for the terrible flute only

  • God Bless Captain Vere!

  • @Esqpainting I'm about to learn this Aria and I'm doing research on the show... I'm interested in seeing why Britton decided to have Billy sing this instead of saying God Bless Captain Vere like he does in the book.

  • This is how it should be done!

  • What an amazing voice and a wonderful actor. Bravo Nathan
