  • Awesome share! :) Thanks!

  • thanks dude i'm getting 500-600 ft of paracord for christmas and im gonna use this method on won of the colors its gonna be 100 ft

  • i see you have the swedish camo under you. do you where it? if so where do you live where that style would work?

  • @winikten1

I'm pretty sure it is Swiss Alpenflage. I bought the poncho because it was cheap and keep it in the trunk of my car so I can stay dry. I live in the Pacific Northwest and while I think it would blend fairly well in most of the terrain types here, I am not an operator and really couldn't say how well it "works."

I don't normally wear it. I thought it would look better than a constant view of my crotch.

  • @GRIPGRAP lol

  • dude thtas legit

  • thats bad ass

  • @GRIPDRAP did you make that method up? and also do you have a video or know of one showing how to establish the circle, that seems like it would be the hardest part.

  • @yoohoosk8r

No. I learned it from someone else. The Wrap 2, in the side bar, shows you how to establish the circle.

  • Really like it ^^

    :D

  • Thanks! I learned it from someone else but I'm glad to pass it along!

  • Excellent idea!! But I have to add to the list - How do you start it?

  • @1PATRI0T i did 100' of cord like this. its a great way to be able to pull off what you want and never have it get tangled up on you. it takes a while to a long length, but its well worth the initial time investment. it does go faster once you get the hang of it.

i started mine by making 3 loops the size of the donut you want to make, then you start making the small loops in front and then behind it as you go around the starter loops.

  • dude, how in the world is someone supposed to follow that? Like how in the world do you start the dang thing any way.

  • how many feet did you use

  • 80 feet. 100 feet works just fine.

  • that is like the best idea ever thankx a hole lot

  • I didn't come up with it but I'm glad I could pass it along.

  • Great idea, but how do you start it?
