You can find more information on fogu, but Skye only shows up in the valley late at night (10:10 PM). He likes curry.

He usually shows up at 10:10 at the entrance to the valley. He likes colored curry dishes and his favorite is Finest Curry. Don't give him curry noodles though because he hates that. A lot.
