  • Yes, Carthag0Eagle, traditional harisa (or harissa) is a paste, but as I said in my video, I wanted to add my own twist to the tradition. Hope you tried out my version--it tastes great! Thanks for the comment.

  • Harissa is Tunisian, traditionally made with dried piri piri peppers and it's always a paste, whatever anyone says the original harissa is always a paste without tomatoes.
