I agree 110%, he really needs to maintain a piston stroke, not a "slamming" stroke. Remember, playing at a higher volume doesn't mean flail your arms around, just use more arm and lower the heights.

You took it way to fast and your drums are out of tune. Try some dynamics. Your rythms were inaccurate from measure thirty to forty-eight.
