I appreciate what you are doing but I never understand the point of demoing sound of a speaker over youtube. First of all your recording device will invariably lose at least half of the fidelity.
Secondly if I end up playing it back on $10 computer speakers there goes the second half of the fidelity.
Anyway, did you bi-wire these? I just picked up a pair at Goodwill for $29 and I can't wait to take 'em home and test 'em out.
@freddielololol Turns out one speaker was bad, sounded like a crossover issue. I sent it in for repair but with shipping and the amount I paid plus repair fee I'm going to end up paying over $150 for these speakers.
Not a bad deal but nowhere near as good as $30. First pair of Goodwill/Salvation Army speakers I bought that had any problems.

@mygaffer Yeah it was mostly just playing with my camera at the time, obviously I know it's no actual representation of what they sound like.
Indeed they are bi-wirable. Nice deal at $30, what kind of shape are they in? These went for up to $600 when Cambridge was still selling them.
