  • Great idea it looks awesome!!

  • stick a piece of elastic there where the two pieces connected and it will fit to your form better. Great video. loved the idea!

  • not hate'n but where the hell do i get a giant piece of fabric :S

  • im gonna try this... :D

but im probably gonna cut the skirt part in a trapezoid, cuz i want it to flare more...

    GOOD PROJECT! subbed.

  • LOVE the background music :) good instructions

  • SO CUTE

  • бесит .что много болтает XDDD

  • if you cut a piece of the striped fabric and fold in half then sew together, you can use it as sort of a belt or a bow and that gets rid of the srunchy look where the seem is, but still lets the fabric flow and hang nicely

  • its cute...it would look even cutier wit a stretchy belt

  • Super cute!

  • Ew.. I think it would look a lot better with a tank top in place of the t-shirt, and a belt or something, oh and maybe a little shorter, but thats my tastes. :P

  • haha i love this, i would totally wear it, fashion meets comic just awesome hahahaha, althou i think you could finish it better, you know? the detailing and stuff, but i guess that's just practice, or maybe that was the feeling of the dress, anyways great video! i loved your idea

  • You could use a tank top in stead of a t shirt and u would do the same thing and you could use a cute belt!

  • PRETTY

  • Very cute and informative! Thanks, I'm going to try this.

  • sorry, correction on my other comment, "CUTE! Oh, and we also have the same measuring tape!"

  • cute, and we have the same measuring tape!:)

  • i had not heard of that gthering technique thats cool, im going to give it a shot :)

  • um ew.

  • um thats not very nice . i mean what if this was ur vid u wouldnt want someone saying that and i know it was ur opinion but still and this idea, its cute not eww like u said :(

  • I Love That One ;)

  • nice video, but i cant help to notice something rolling on the counter at 5:42

  • @me23135 lolll i saw it too wtf was that??

  • That's so cute :) I want ittttttt.

  • would you want to backstich on the material before you gather it?

  • @Bee5productions No, If you backstitch then you wont be able to pull it to make gathers.

  • Hey guys ! I just made a tutorial on how to make a dark blue skirt ! It's very elegant, cute, easy and fast to do ! Pleaaaaaase come check, it's my first tutorial and I need to know by your comments if it's good ! :) THANKS in advance !

-> How to make a dark blue skirt ! Part 1.

  • @Chamdamour Yes, but how would I make a light blue skirt?

  • i think yu shud add a black belt to show off the more sophisticated look

  • loves it!!

  • Meh, didn't really like the outcome

  • i would make it a short poofy dress!!!

  • plaese plaease do one with a high waisted elastice waist skirt

  • its easy but i like it!!!!!!!- great job!

  • That was good, but them too together didnt realy work D:

im going to do it with a white vest, make it shorter and add a belt.

    i might add a video. Keep tuned :) <3

    Good help thanks. x

  • aw that's cute. : D

  • i love your videos, they are so helpful. thank you.

  • cute babydoll :-)

  • I loved it!

  • this is hella kute!

  • hey! it was cool. Moreover, the girl is very cute and smart to present it. thats nice

  • ur material looks like freddy kruegers tee

    but cool

  • i lov the stripey red an blue fabric..gd video.x

  • yeah that fabric caught my eye too! I love the Navy trend!

  • You could also dress it up with a cute belt around the waist and shoes to match

And maybe even a hat if u want :]

  • Great job! another way to do the seem at the bust without using the basting stitch or gather. stretch the t-shirt fabric to match the length of the bottom fabric. and sew. this will create gathers naturally!

  • you are gorgeous & sweet (:

the dress is super cute, lovelovelove, thankyou! :D

  • love the dress!I cant believe I can actually do that myself!

  • this is a cute, fun project for a rainy day...and its raining today .

  • so cute <3

  • what sort of fabric is the striped material? I was going to do this using just regular cotton weave.

  • @fashiondesigner552 The striped material is a jersey knit.

You can pretty much use any type of fabric, though, with this-- as long as it hangs well & isn't too stiff.

  • wow you should sell your stuff on ebay

  • SUPAHMAN ! ;]

  • Wow! I think your designs are great, Where'd you learn to do all these cool stuff?

  • so cute & comfortable looking!!

  • i can't believe you're cutting with pinking sheers!!!!

  • it's so nice..i liked the dress ..and you're pretttyy too

  • i agree, make it shorter, and we dont need to see you sew and pin your shirt, even if you fast forward through it. and make your music quiter if you can, about woke my baby up. but you did WAY better than i wouldve, so dont be mad, its just to help you out.

  • It looks cute. :)

A tutorial tip: keep your (next) video shorter please. Less talking, more speed. Your video is now about 7 minutes long. I'm sure it could be 3 or 4 minutes. It makes it more interesting to watch. ;)

Nice music and keep on making tutorials!

    xx

  • aww you're so pretty!!

and I really like this idea! but i think you should've fitted the dress better..it just seems a little big on you.

But hey, I subbed you! :)

  • I love this idea! it turned out really cute!

  • Oh my gosh!! That's really cute !!

And its very easy, and fast...

    I really like that idea !! =D
