@risingwarem funny seeing you say that! I thought young people thought the 80's metal was cheesy! That's great! I was born in 70 so I lived your dream!! I can tell you it was really cool. My first show was Bon Jovi. Songwriting and the tallent was taken so seriously back then with these bands. They took years in the studio to make a record. A lot of these bands actually had several members with great voices. Dokken is a great example. 3 of the 4 members sang. Now bands need autotune!

My friends and I practiced for hours everyday. There was no Xbox. Video games sucked back then. It was sports or music. TV sucked too. No internet. People actually got good at one thing. Now a half assed job on everything is acceptable. We have more crap but it's all mediocre. Most of these 80;s bands tour and still sound the same

These guys are amazing! The guitarist reminds me of the style of Robin Trower and Ritchie Blackmore. Its called "Killing For Love".
