your thoughts on self-perception of weight is sooo true. When I was at my heaviest I never felt self conscious about my weight or really "fat." However, once I lost 40lbs...I finally felt heavy. Which should be the opposite of how I should have felt. But the middle ground was good. I've kept off 30 of the 40 I lost, but want to lose more. I definitely say weight yourself everyday.
