Februar, 2nd warmest in (Ocean) temperatur yes., but 14th warmest (Land) temperature, and 6th warmest (Land & Ocean) temperature according to NOAA. Admittedly it was warm in the southern hemisphere, and in the mean time it has been the coldest winter in many many decades in Europe.

@Destroyer470 Touche, your science book reading has outdone me! If only I hadn't qualified my statement by saying "one of the lowest" instead of "the lowest." This would have been especially egregious given that indium, tin, thallium, and bismuth all have lower melting points as well (we'll leave gallium out of this given that it only naturally occurs in salt compounds). And while I'd love to vacation on Venus, it seems that Orbitz has no available trips for me to book! Any ideas are appreciated

Right now, this is actually a cool period in Earth's history which occurred because the Earth hasn't completely warmed up from the last Ice Age.

I am actually studying chemistry, and I know for a fact, what biochemistry is about. It is not about alternative fuels as you claimed.
If I was interested in alternative fuels I'd specialise in organic chemistry.

The Hockey Stick Graph was contrived because it does not show the Little Ice age or the Medieval Warming Period. Steve McIntyre, a mathematician, attempted to reproduce the graph from the original data. His first problem was that the authors would not make the data available. Latter the authors claimed that the data was lost. We still have multiple sources of data showing the both the MWP and LIA did happen and neither of those events show up in any of the data the supports the theory of AGW

For now, I'll rest on what AGU has stated and many other scientists that have discussed the issue. Pollution is the introduction of contaminants into an environment that causes instability, disorder, harm or discomfort to the ecosystem i.e. physical systems or living organisms.
CO2 now fits this definition. It doesn't mean that we need it or that we wouldn't be here without it. It means that too much of a good thing can be harmful.
Here in the US we benefited the most from carbon and we have the flexibility. We need to act first. We'll see.

Yep, there are those in Europe (Sweden especially from what I hear) that have been doing a fine job moving to sustainable energy sources. But we all live in the only biosphere available. So what everyone does in their back yards affects the composition of the atmosphere and therefore the climate. The big "fuzz" is that overall emissions must be reduced or the consequences will be more dire.

Please provide ONE historically reliable scientific institution that supports your position. When you can't find even ONE how about explaining how they are ALL wrong and your are right despite the FACT that you have no respected study to support your delusion.
