@IWantMyVisionBack . actually ur wrong : ) i currently do s hand pushups with my hand in the air, thats the hardest. whatever i did someone came up saying another way is harder : ) hand on back, i was told leg is harder, which is just the opposite of what u said. i noticed it's just BS :) the motion is there hand position dont matter much.. i have tried all angles, even on my head... hand in air is the hardest one, also i like that one.. what is your current weight?
@IrishAce1000 - thx. nothing spectacular.. i was using 75 lbs dbells 10 reps, 6 sets. just moved to somewhere with a bpress machine, still nothing biggie.. i tore my pec last year, and still coudlnt recover. and actually, now i cant go as deep as on video on right side : ( life...
1 handed push ups are alot easier then most ppl think, the trick is to spread ur legs far apart, and by doing that you devided the wight that ur arms lift by more then half, thus making it way easier.
hey, I noticed the erg in the background. I am a rower also and I am thinking about trying p90x. Did the training and diet affect your erg scores while doing the program?

These are actually easy. Try doing this with one hand on your back and your body parallel to the ground.

It's more difficult.

Ive been trying to do them, strength isnt really as much a problem as controlling your center of balance.
