The professor that saved his own students was a Holocaust survivor, this occured on Holocaust Rememberance Day. He used his body as a shield to block the door giving his students the time to leap from the second story window. The true definition of a HERO. There hath no greater love than for a man to lay his life down for his brother.

Many Americans don't agree with the war in Iraq nor with gun policy. And you can't assume that there aren't Americans who mourn for those lost in Iraq (both Iraqi and American).

But also realize that Americans come from all over the world. As you saw the gunman was from South Korea, one of the vicitims was a survivor of the Holocaust in Europe, and another was African American. But when something like this happens here at home our scars will make us stronger turning strangers into brothers.
