  • It's been a year, what is the status?

I've read your opening complaint in regard to Case No, 09-4136-CV-C-NKL. Why pro se? I would do whatever is possible to get an attorney.

I'm not criticizing but offering a bit of advice. In further filings, I would cite Federal and/or State statutes for every argument. By reaching section 12, I realized that in lieu of making strong legal arguments you were (by court standards) voicing personal opinion for most points. Good luck to you and hang in there

  • File your federal law suit and RICO law suits

  • You pay taxes? You support this. You can say you don't, but you'd be lying. I've had similar shit happen to me. They said my kid has ADHD. He comes to my house and will put together puzzles for 2 hours. I think he is normal and the other kids that sit there and listen to the mindless droning of the teachers are the sick kids. Yeah, we need to get together and boycott. Cleanse the temple. It stinks like pigs.

  • GOOGLE "Gipson vs Gov Jay Nixon et al

  • this is what my ex wife is doing to me as well i feel ur pain

  • What a fucked-up world we live in today!

  • And we are paying there wages. Ain't that a bitch! Love your vid....I feel just like you.

  • I here for ya' bro!

  • I agree with you 100%. Everything is stacked against the man. For years, I tried to get CPS/DHR to check on my children but they wouldn't do anything. I was awarded custody of my children but could not get them because my ex took them to another state. I had no idea where they were and had would have to hire an attorney to help me get them. I had no money, no job and was sick. All I got was threats of jail. My children are grown now, their mother has poisoned their mind about me. It sucks!

  • Just a esponse to a comment on a newspaper article titled " Recession rips US marriages;Economic gap widens" A comment to the story was; " Marriage dont cost much, but having kids will put you on the street!" Below was a response to that comment

  • Responding to californiawill !!!!!

Through experience with the Family Court and the new cash cow of each state now, known as CSE Child Support Enforcement, I understand how you come up with your statement or conclusion.

But, from being a non-custodial parent and the American economy situation, (unemployment, lay-offs, poverty, homelessness etc. etc. etc…) causing arrearages in court ordered CS payments, it is the CSE with the support of Family Courts that put you on the streets. (cont)

  • Of course these agencies are doing it in the name of the children, (So they say!), in order to look good to the public. But research it for a bit. Custodial parents are utilizing these courts and agencies, only to find out that they really are not helping them to get their arrearages or they are just getting a small amount of what they say the court ordered support is supposed to be. (cont)

  • Yet, just look at any given poverty stricken county of any given state and you will find that CSE with the help of the Family Courts brag about how they have collected tens or hundreds of millions of dollars of child support and arrearages. But they never mention how much of what they collect is actually making it to our children. As well as these agencies do not mention the federal incentives that goes along with these collections. (cont)

  • Yes that’s right! If these agencies meet a certain quota the Feds grant them a nice chunk of money of your tax dollars as an incentive to collect. MILLIONS to each state! (cont)

Why would they want this exposed? Kind of reminds me of the incentives they used to hand out to that other Family court system before a State Representative exposed them. (cont)

  • You remember, the CPS Child Protective Services and the adoption incentives to each state for each child adopted. How they made millions for adoption but when kids got scarce and these agencies began noticing that their cash cow was going away due to supply and demand, not having the product to sell (children for adoption) in order to receive their lucrative incentives, CPS just started taking kids from families (cont)

  • If you don’t remember you need to look it up. And by the way the State Representative that publicly exposed this was found shot to death in her home along with her husband. (cont)

Believe me folks “They pay themselves first, and some make some very nice salaries”. As well as distributing the wealth among the various departments of the legal system (cont)

  • Then and only then, if there is any amount remaining, does any support go to the children. And if you think you are going to try to bypass the CSE and send payments directly to the custodial parent, guess what? For non-custodial parents, in most states if not all, these payments are considered gifts, and your arrearages increase with interest and penalties. You have to pay through CSE in order to be credited for payments. They have to get their support first. (cont)

  • So for all those custodial parents affected by today’s economy and corrupt financial and political agencies causing you to struggle with your house payments, car payments, kids and step kids expenses, cable bills, utility bills, and everything else you need more money for --- (cont)

  • @FalconBear3 as well as for all those non custodial parents who have had all their rights stripped away and

  • all avenues to be able to better or improve yourself in order to meet your court orderd obligations to be taken away like your career, employment, all your money, bank accounts, tax returns, unemployment checks, professional and drivers licenses being revoked, leaving you in poverty and homeless and despair with no recourse---

My statement or conclusion is different than yours californiawill. (cont.)

  • @FalconBear3

The beginning of the above paragragh should state::::as well as all those non-custodial parents who have had all their rights stripped away and all avenues......

  • “IT IS NOT HAVING KIDS THAT PUT YOU ON THE STREETS--- IT IS THE AGENCY”S THAT USES YOUR KIDS THAT PUT YOU ON THE STREETS”

You may try complaining to your State Representative about how CSE is dragging it’s feet on getting CS payments to you or how CSE ruins and destroys your life when you get into arrears, , but after what happened to that one State Representative, you may be talking to deaf ears
