That's really ironic, there are people on this planet that want to die, due to pain/suffering because of their disease and they have to embrace death waiting for it to come, but yet they can't be "euthanized". Then we have killers who ARE put to death (in some States) because of their actions. So, question here is...should a person, who has a disease, need kill in order to be put on death rowin order to be euthinized? ... Sheesh, so it seems.

In NYS, the persons necessary to attend would be the prison warden, the chief law enforcement officer of the county in which the conviction occured(Sheriff), 5-7 official witnesses, press and relatives. The doctor pronounces death, signs the death certificate, cause of death, the Sheriff signs the death warrant and returns it to the Court where the court clerk files it for the court records.
