I am an American (black) born and raised in Florida, never been further than Alabama... I understand what she is saying perfectly! I don't think it's her accent that is the problem, I think humans these days, fail to take the time to LISTEN properly! I can understand if English isn't your first language but to those it is, try taking the time to actually listen and let the words sink in. Although she speaks fast, we have the ability to slow it down in our minds, try it, the brain is amazing!

She talks fast, so some is a bit hard for me to follow. Maybe better earbuds would help.
