What's even more weird is that Shang Tsung looks a bit like Jafar in Deadly Alliance, Deception (although not playable, he's still in the opening and is seen in Konquest mode and you can fight him), and Armageddon.

This is one of the most badass vids I've seen on Youtube! All the more so since you made Jafar (my fav villain) and Hades Scorpion and Sub-zero which is billiant. Still, I think you should have made Maleficent Kitana instead of Ratcliffe mostly because it makes no sense for a guy to be Kitana and Maleficent getting left out. The Queen of Hearts would go crazy with an axe and behead her foes.

Scar would impale his claws through the enemy's tongue and headbutt their gut, causing him to rip out their tongue. "Cat got your tongue?"

Oogie Boogie would have a fatality like the Joker's in MKvsDC, impaling the enemy with cards.

Oh, and Frollo. Well, he would obviously stick a stake through the enemy's heart.
