I honestly would have thought that the ivy style would be good for Alice, because there are several moves where the sword separates and with a little imagination they seem to be made by dolls(sword fragments). Unless I'm totally wrong and Ivy's style would be more suitable to Patchouli :P

After all, she is just controlling those puppets, so she has to have some knowledge of swordplay.
