The girl playing Jenny is Mandy Miller who found greater fame a couple of years after this film was made with her recording of Nellie The Elephant. Jane Asher is the shorter girl (I think she was only 6 at the time) in the gang that follow Jenny. The first part of the film can be seen under the heading Adventures In The Hopfields
It IS Jane. I'm a massive fan of her and I know it's her! She's adorable. I would love to see the whole movie. I wonder if I can find it anywhere... <3

This is not Jan Asher, the cute kid is Mandy Miller. My faather and little brother were extras in this film and it was shot In Goudhurst on Smugglers Farm. AC
The Best childrens film I saw at the ABC Minors, the clip isn't the best part of the film, the look of horror on Jenny face when she broke the China Dog was awesome
Amazing! I think I saw this when I was a kid. I think it's fab! They don't make films like this anymore. Tihs film was from back whren things were really great. Does anyone know if it's on a dvd?
There must be further parts to the film too but I haven't found them yet.
