The Senate doesn't have the authority to abrogate the laws of this nation, especially inalienable RIGHTS guaranteed under the first 10 Amendments. These guys are full of themselves. Who are our Senators working for? The banking cartel? The perpetrators of 9/11, who are now fearful of a public backlash? Your Senator doesn't work for you as they are supposed to under the law.

It passed in the Senate, but now it has to go through the house then the president. So the bill is not passed as law. If the house passes it and president signs off on it, pretty much means the u.s government(3 branches of government, cia, fbi, nsa,police, etc..) are all enemies of the people of the United States. It states in the constitution that once the government goes tyrannical it's the job of the people to remove the current and create a new one.
