Uhh I think if Bungie i.e. your squares or noobs, yeah the people that made the game made it for the majority of the people that play Halo who are not very good and only play the game for a small amount of their time to the point where its crazy to see them drop a no-scope. And maybe if you dont think that the new sniping system doesnt work or is stupid than there is always halo 3 or you could challenge yourself and keep playing with the same style you do now.
