You're getting confused with some people paying rent to live in their house, if they don't actually own the house. Anyone living in the UK SHOULD pay tax, and its for things such as education, not that gypsies tend to use that haha, and things like the free healthcare that you probably use and the emergency services.

We can spend 20 grand on a caravan without having to pay monthly or up 2 100grand on a chalet(again without having to pay monthly) We can buy our cars without getting finance. The reason we look down on u lot is because u take drugs, binge drink, rape, kill, molest kids its what ur people do in ur culture.
