Wheat Grass

Thanks for the balanced view: some of them liked it, some hated it. I can't remember my first shot, but now I love wheatgrass juice. It tastes sweet to me.

Hello! Im a 51 yr old mom to a large adoptive family. I mix the teens wheat grass juice into smoothies or fruit juice. I take mine straight with a lime wedge to suck on after. 1 oz really isnt that hard to get down! For the really queazy I think you could possibly start with 1/2 oz and work up after a week. I love this stuff!
