  • fuck religion

  • @mahpokherface Peace.

  • This CD has always been one of my favorites of his and this song has taken me in more times that I can recall.

  • When I first came to the Lord in 1993 I was happy to be saved however I missed music. One of my new brothers in the Lord gave me several Kent Henry CD's and the Lord used those CD's to open up a new world of praise and worship. I have never been the same. Thank you Kent Henry for allowing the Lord to use you mightily in the lives of His sheep.

  • Kent Henry still speaks for a generation of Jesus lovers...

  • I was baptized by Kent Henry in 1978 !!!!

  • @kyrose25 i was 2 yrs old at that time when you were baptized.

  • @joab302016 cool! I had just turned 4 a couple months before he baptized me

  • @kyrose25 WOW!

  • @fheidelberg yea.. :) it was special... Faith in Love Fellowship in Missouri

  • Seems that the person who is posting these videos/songs knows Kent, well sir/maam, I just want to take a minute and say thank you to Kent, his 1986 cd "Glorify Thy Name" is played EVERYDAY in my car, and at night "It Is Good To Give Thanks" is played while I sleep, have been a Christian for just four months, and found the cd at the Christian bookstore listening to praise and worship.....just wanted to share how his music is impacting this new Christian, outstanding....blessings in Jesus name.

  • Wow. Great memories. Haven't heard this one in literally 10 years. And the sax guy in those days BTW was usually Andy Rempulla, I think.

  • Think you God for everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hi Joab, thanks posting this song. One of my favourite! I was at Kent Henry's Worship Conference in 1991 when Kent introduced this song. The back up singers is Lynn Albrect (wife of the drummer Carl Albrect). Blessings Ricky

  • @rickysimsg.....now it all makes sense. I have been listening to Kents stuff since the 80s....in a lot of his recordings a few things are always constant....the voice of one of his back up ladies...the drummer...and then later on the soprano sax. I found the back up lady singer and the drummer to be on the same level in his music...now it makes sense....they are married.

  • Thanks again joab....who are the backup singers? One of them sounds anointed

  • I do not know but we can try asking Kent who the singer is.

  • this is the updated video for this song.

pls dont be offended if your comments are gone for now.

I just dont know how to update the video without preserving your comments.
