Oh you mean the sample pack that is notorious for ripping people's sounds , which you can't use in a actual song because if you do release it you'll get sued. Anything worth while on those sample pack is a straight rip off a track. If you don't know this you don't listen to enough house music. Dominator was released in 1991. i'm sure human resource has a time machine which they used to secure the sample in the late 90's and then go back in time to mix a song with it.

I use them a liberally in my tracks, but I'll never pick extremely notable samples like the one used in this track. Either way, we here in the U.S. have a "fair use" principle with copyright law, so you can't lose in court either way.
