@zmanndabeast12325 No they won't. Btw guppies & goldfish shouldn't be kept together anyway. Goldfish are cold water fish. Guppies are tropical fish and need warm water with a heater set to about 77 degrees...

I have a 10 gallon tank i have guppies there is gravel and two fake plants nad one flame moss. I tested the water coming out of our house and it was about 7.0 to7.2

every couple days a guppy dies we test the water in the tank and it is 6.2 to 6.6 we try to change the water like out local pet store told us to the store said that guppies need 7.0 ph to survive we change teh water almost every couple days and everytime we change it another one dies the temp. is about 80-84 degrees and i need help

h8hax........never use filter tat is fast and dangerous to the fries....a sponge filter is recomended,,,,and only fill up half the amount of water in ur aqua....fries tend to get tired findin for food if there is to much water.air pump is recomended

woutina...i did tryin wif out the air pumps ......but the water becomes stagnant in they refuse to reproduce...n struggle to breathe cos there is no circulation in the water.....if the quantity is small i suggest a shallow type aqua wif large surface area......if u wan to do it commercially u have to use a pump..tq

Hi cutecuda, issues of filtration and maintaining water quality in spawning and fry tanks is the bane of fish breeders. We have developed systems for fry through to 5 cm long fish. They support heavily stocked tanks, filtering or replacing water as required at set times or constantly throughout the day and adding the required airation maintaining the water to a high quality. The systems reduce labour time per 1,000 fry to a matter of minutes per day requiring a 1 hour service every 4 weeks.

thao...i really dunno specifically wat u askin but hope this can help....the blu guppy....the ratio is 1 male for 4 female..to much female he will be very happy n exhausted........other than tat if u wan to breed pure try keepin them in separate tanks......dunt mix aroun females cos u wont get any thing pure.

No guppies do thrive in cooler water they live longer but take longer to grow. I have 3 edler guppies 1 male and 2 females I am hoping to breed them :D Well they will breed but you know ?

change your water dude its fucking dirty they must choke into this,,,and no the need a heater and need to be at around 78 for breeding and between 74 76 for growth otherwise too hot mean theire life is going way faster so they die faster,,cooler mean slow life and groth,,,,,,,,,

actually..guppies thrives in cold water....my waters ar so cold actually..no need heater....

that is not true, they do not thrive in cold water, they may survive as they are good at surving in the worst of conditions but to have the most sucsesfull breeding you need a heater, as they breed mostly in summer, thust the need 4 heaters!

look at 01;34..that is how i have been breeding guppies for the past 2 years......never remove a newly born fry immadiately ...will cripple them or the center point.....they wont make it..sorry for the late reply..busy wif fishes!
