I remember when the Nintendo Gamecube came out, America only had to wait 2 months after the Japanese release but we had to wait 8 months. Even if I sold my used one I could still make back the full retail price because it's limited edition Final Fantasy goods. If I buy a normal PS3 it instantly loses $50-$100 of value when you take it out of the shop. So the fact that the Cloud Black PS3 is limited makes it more valuable. Thanks for the comment.

When you first start up your PS3 it will allow you to select the language and country. So don't worry it won't be in Japanese, unless you want it to.

One thing though, the confirm button will probably be circle, and "X" button will be cancel. I personally prefer this because it makes more sense. I'm not sure why the Americans even changed it. When I imported Final Fantasy XIII my PS3 Slim changed the game to X button confirm and circle as cancel. So all your games will be confirm - circle.
