I almost past out this morning doing yoga..lol..it really gets you tired. So should I start doing this at night time rather than my normal morning workouts?
Great job! Working out late! I had a couple of bad days, missed some, re group and went to the gym tonight for 8pm and got my chest and back in. Then went to the get some items as the market, went home and made some turkey chili for tommorow and the week. Really focusing on the diet this time around. I decide to reset the p90x clock, since I missed legs and back three times, and kenpo and yoga a couple of times.. Not going to miss anymore.

It will get easier in time. I do like to do this one at night but if you put it off throughout the day it's easy to miss out.

make a habit of waking up at 5am and start the day working out. It's life changing

Congrats on not skiping Yoga. I admit to skiping it a couple of times, but now i love it. Keep it up. Your doing great. Thanks for the motivation.
