how do you open file 3, case 10?
Wikisite says to mindread the general in Chap 2, but I didn't get it...

You must clear File 2, Case 9 and a Summoner Rank of 5 (which is 後世畏るべし) or higher then go to Kasumidai and Mind Read the guy (Kawano) in front of the statue.
You'll see a red text which means that case will be available on the File list.

I've done everything
I defeated the Obarion troupe and has rank 7 but still no case
Try to read mind Kawano again in case. Then check if the case is up.
Then go to the west inside Kasumidai and eventually, it'll trigger the case.
