Some people sold these kind of fish as salt (sea fish) in the fish market here in Hongkong. I recognise the skin and tail of the fish. But, they cut the head away, so that you cannot not see it is a fresh water fish. They sold it by pieces. Sea fish is very expensive, while fresh water fish is cheaper. It will be very bad taste when you left it overnight.
