It's been about 6-8 years since I've seen and been on the USS North Carolina. She sure is something else to see and behold. I can't wait to go to Myrtle Beach next year so I can stop off and see this mighty battleship once again! I wish all states that had battleships named after them could have saved them and made them a memorial as the North Carolina did.

I had experience with ghost on the carolina, a orb kept following me in several pictures, I was to scared to continue the ghost tour because of the experiences i had.
I was there with my family in the late 70's. They still have the same sign. Thats great to see. They haven't changed it. Sure hope to go back again someday.
So many fond memories of that battleship. I think I had 2 birthday parties on it as a kid. Probably influenced my decision to join the Navy.
