Because this is NHB training, options to headbutt, elbows to the head, or kick to the nuts are available. Obviously, freestyling like this is unrehearsed, so you can't plan on those things happening, but it's a precaution. It just so happens that no headbutts, elbows to the head or nutshots happened in this clip. If you are so macho about your training, post up a clip to show the world how you train.
Cheers mate! I guess there's a lot of people that assume one goes from Novice to Expert with no intermediate stage in between during training. If I wanted to put up high quality wing chun stuff, obviously I would use vids of Seef up on here...
Ha exactly, but then someone else will then come along and point out faults (we refer to this sort of person as an "armchair martial artist"..ie just sits on their ass and criticises everyone else!)....the way i see it, let those that criticise do so while we make use of our time and train instead of nitpicking other people and comparing who is better than who
