I thought the hole needed to be 40 inches deep (1 meter). The originator seemed to be very specific about that. I read that any bio waste except human feces could be put in. Given his extraordinary result with his garden vegetable 4-5 times bigger than normal, I'm amazed this method never caught on. It is much better than composting. I could not find the soil drill online to buy anywhere. Do you know where I can get one? I'm in the US.
