It's the last ep from the first season and for his birthday, Brian pactised scarfing and Michael surprised him. That's just after he did. I don't remember what exactly did Mickey say, something like he'll always be there for him, like Captain Astro with someone else - that's why Brian says he's pathetic ^^'
