there is a different possibility here. There is good evidence for a massive extinction 65 million years ago. However, that doesnt mean ALL dinosaurs died out. The Coelecanth fish was thought to have died out too, but there have been 3 live fishes caught, then you have the dragon legends. Maybe a few species lived up to the modern day, even though most didnt. Loch ness, Champ, Bigfoot, all of these may be species that fell through the cracks.

I believe there are 2 questions which need to be answered before we try to place the dinosaurs in a timeline.
1) Where did Day 1 of creation take place? The firmament being the open space of our universe wasn't created until Day 2.

Experts in many fields have used, and continue to use, the scientific method to explain natural history; they don't just arbitrarily make up dates. Nobody just decided they didn't like the thought of early man living with dinosaurs. No human bone or artifact has ever been found within the same strata as even the last of the dinosaurs -- not even close, in fact, but tens of millions of years apart.

I don't believe dinosaurs and humans coexisted because no evidence indicates that ever took place. Also, no one says that no other theory can be true. In science, you must support theories with empirical evidence.
I believe what we call dinosaurs existed in the last 2000 years. These were not as big as the huge ones that have been found as fossils. Ever since the Flood, land-dwelling mammals have been relatively small compared to fossilized mammals that are enormous. More oxygen, greater air pressure, no UV-radiation = longer lifespans = bigger animals. Giant insect fossils strongly indicate a greater air pressure = water/ice canopy, "crystaline" as termed by Josephus of antiquity.

The living dinosaur blood cells had been preserved in sandstone (rather than wet mudstone) during fossilization, allowing the cells to survive. Blood cell preservation occasionally happens in fossils less than a millions years old in wet mudstone. The sandstone would have made it far easier for blood cells to survive.
This guy makes a nice case and he appears very knowledgeable and honest, but his evidence is rather limited. The "brontosaurus" carving in Mexico could easily be a depiction of a kind of lizard. The Peruvian tombs, as well as all of the others, appear to be coincidences or depictions of mythological creatures. All of these carvings could easily be depictions of creatures the ancients may have imagined up when they found dinosaur bones.

We know that from fossil records, by studying the samples from the ground they were found in we can see how long ago these animals died. It's basically just like the rings in a tree, ground is build up of layer upon layer upon layer. If for example you want to find a T-rex fossil then you go to North-America, you find rock that is 68 million years old and then you start to dig. We know T-rex is related to chickens because soft tissue was found that was very similar to chickens.
We know that it happened because we find fossils all over the place in all sorts of rock. But for some reason, we don't find any fossils whatsoever in rock younger than 65 million years. All the giant creatures simply dissapeared. Then we found a massive crater in Mexico, a crater formed at the exact same time period. By calculating the mass of such a meteor we can determine the amount of energy it released on impact. This energy was enough to wipe out almost all dinosaurs.

there is a different possibility here. There is good evidence for a massive extinction 65 million years ago. However, that doesnt mean ALL dinosaurs died out. The Coelecanth fish was thought to have died out too, but there have been 3 live fishes caught, then you have the dragon legends. Maybe a few species lived up to the modern day, even though most didnt. Loch ness, Champ, Bigfoot, all of these may be species that fell through the cracks.

It's weird, because, if you think about it, It took God seven days to create the Earth, and before that, the Earth was void and black. If dinosaurs were vegitarian, how did they eat plants on a black Earth, or even drink water before it was created??? @mayartay Actually we are not told about the very beginning creation of the earth. In Genesis 1:2 we are brought to a scene where the earth is already in existence along with the water and the darkness.
I believe there are 2 questions which need to be answered before we try to place the dinosaurs in a timeline.
1) Where did Day 1 of creation take place? The firmament being the open space of our universe wasn't created until Day 2.
2) Why was the earth without form and void?

Experts in many fields have used, and continue to use, the scientific method to explain natural history; they don't just arbitrarily make up dates. Nobody just decided they didn't like the thought of early man living with dinosaurs. No human bone or artifact has ever been found within the same strata as even the last of the dinosaurs -- not even close, in fact, but tens of millions of years apart.

This is for all the robots that believe dinosaurs died out 65mya and no other theory can be true. Why would you think that dinosaurs and people did not coexsist? Its ok to not believe what your text books tell you. Just look at all the overwhelming evidince that science tells us. I think that this is a great video and I would like to thank the scientist that give us this information. A great show called "The secrets of the Bible" covered this topic, sharing some of the same evidence as this vid.

I believe what we call dinosaurs existed in the last 2000 years. These were not as big as the huge ones that have been found as fossils. Ever since the Flood, land-dwelling mammals have been relatively small compared to fossilized mammals that are enormous. More oxygen, greater air pressure, no UV-radiation = longer lifespans = bigger animals. Giant insect fossils strongly indicate a greater air pressure = water/ice canopy, "crystaline" as termed by Josephus of antiquity.

The living dinosaur blood cells had been preserved in sandstone (rather than wet mudstone) during fossilization, allowing the cells to survive. Blood cell preservation occasionally happens in fossils less than a millions years old in wet mudstone. The sandstone would have made it far easier for blood cells to survive.

This guy makes a nice case and he appears very knowledgeable and honest, but his evidence is rather limited. The "brontosaurus" carving in Mexico could easily be a depiction of a kind of lizard. The Peruvian tombs, as well as all of the others, appear to be coincidences or depictions of mythological creatures. All of these carvings could easily be depictions of creatures the ancients may have imagined up when they found dinosaur bones.

or..the people who made the carvings found a dinosaur fossil, just like we do today. It doesnt take the invention of the microchip to dig up some old bones. In fact, there are probably a lot more fossils back then than now, for obvious reasons. If I dug up some huge animal I've never seen before in my backyard, I would probably carve it on the wall too (well since I have a camera I'd prolly just take a picture), along with all the other real animals I carved (the deer I shot last summer)

We know that from fossil records, by studying the samples from the ground they were found in we can see how long ago these animals died. It's basically just like the rings in a tree, ground is build up of layer upon layer upon layer. If for example you want to find a T-rex fossil then you go to North-America, you find rock that is 68 million years old and then you start to dig. We know T-rex is related to chickens because soft tissue was found that was very similar to chickens.

We know that it happened because we find fossils all over the place in all sorts of rock. But for some reason, we don't find any fossils whatsoever in rock younger than 65 million years. All the giant creatures simply dissapeared. Then we found a massive crater in Mexico, a crater formed at the exact same time period. By calculating the mass of such a meteor we can determine the amount of energy it released on impact. This energy was enough to wipe out almost all dinosaurs.

@jameskillparty Rocks my friend. Rocks prove almost everything you stated except for raptors inheriting earth. I think Dinos would've died out eventually anyways, but they would've made a larger mark if they had survived. Anyways, rocks prove how old the bones are, and how old the crater next to mexico is. However, T. rex and chickens and the raptor things are unproveable. But, one can infer that they would've inherited it, sicne they were the msot advanced species on earth at the time.
