..........has anyone found footage of randy smokin the ass end whilst waving at the camera man wi his left hand.....its a proper long slide....and he looks over his shoulder at the end of it to see if the cameraman followed him...i seen it once on a duke video....i think it was in a practice session..,if anyones got it,please contact me...........cheers
randy was a bloody good rider, but tended to show-boat a lot. this is why the crowd loved him like they did. he was one of the first to get the crowd on his side. i sometimes think rossi may have learned from him. it worked, either way. he's still a very nice bloke.

He was a real fans favourite, massive commitment and a sportsman all his career.
Was at Donnington that year and he was leaving huge lines and clouds of tyre smoke out of every corner, after a while the crowd copped on and started waving/cheering like mad every time he appeared, which only made the lines longer and the clouds bigger!
Can you car guy please get your lingo out of motorcycle racing. Drifting is a car term, sliding the bike is a motorcycle term. Never will the two ever mix.
