i really see no benefit to doing blast beats with one foot. They dont sound as good, double kick hits harder and just sounds better. I do that when Im doing exercises tho, thats really it. No, see, double bass timing is somewhat difficult. And these death metal and metalcore drummers have some excellent technique on how to do it.

It is something coveted, blast beats and just overall double bass. That is why there are so many videos up of people doing that shit. It's hard, and it takes a lot out of your legs to do.
