Well JL has a history of talking about cheating... So to me the song is about a female that he cheated with. He says that their affair is going to end cause it's wrong, but they eventually ended up in a relationship. Now that they are in a relationship they can't trust each other. The problem is they are addicted, like someone said previously, to each other so it's hard for them to walk away from each other. No matter how much they try to end the relationship.

(Lol your situation also reminds me of Kem's song 'Find Your Way' too.) The reason why I say he got with the female that he was cheating with is because of the content of the songs from the first album. The girl he was with was a good girl and the other girl he was cheating with was in a relationship too. In this song, it sounds like she has cheated before.

@shayla1986 Yeah the first album had a lot of cheating songs, "She Don't Have To Know", "Number One", "I Can Change", those were a little too literal for me. Yeah Another Again I think relates to my situation as well. Basically the whole Once Again album, Legend tells my life story from Get Lifted to Evolver. There aren't any love songs on Wake Up :(, but i 'll check that song out too. But Legend definitely always shows in his songs he's just an ordinary guy that makes mistakes.
