What happens to Brady if that fumble in the Tuck Rule Game wasn't overturned? Look at the seasonal stats, Peyton has outperformed Brady in almost every season. People forget that even though Brady had shit receivers in the Super Bowl years, he had a DAMN GOOD DEFENSE.
@dontmatchlikecaillou The tuck rule is irrelevant. It is an NFL rule. You can't just go around and question EVERY rule just because. You can say "what if" all you want, but it doesn't change the fact that it happened. That's the thing about history. Asking about it only leads to wonder, not certainty.
@TomBradyallday That was a bad call, and everyone but the refs know it. Both of his bands tucked the ball in before it was knocked out. "When [an offensive] player is holding the ball to pass it forward, any intentional forward movement of his arm starts a forward pass, even if the player loses possession of the ball as he is attempting to tuck it back toward his body. Also, if the player has tucked the ball into his body and then loses possession, it is a fumble"
@TomBradyallday Because he has performed exceptionally well in Super Bowls, 11 TD's to no Int's is no joke. There's also controversy with Tom Brady, maybe because of the TUCK RULE GAME. Brady hasn't exactly been do-or-die in the Super Bowl, as they were tied up in 36 (17-17) and 38 (29-29). In 38, They started from the 40 yd line. I wouldn't say 146 yd's and 1 td is legendary in 36. If Vinateiri missed that 48 yd and 40 yd field goal, we may be looking at a different story.
@dontmatchlikecaillou So you're telling me that Joe Montana would have been named the greatest of all time if he had only been in 3 Super Bowls? Or wouldn't Tom Brady have been named over him? Look, Joe Montana is only at that position BECAUSE of his 4 rings. I guarantee you that if Brady gets 1 more ring, people will put him over Montana.
honestly being fairly new to the sport, from what of seen ofthe patriots, tom brady has been outstanding. never compare people through stats. although its a good indication, a quarter back is not a team.
If we're comparing based on Superbowl rings, remember that one of Brady's rings came to him compliments of that lame tuck rule in the AFC championship game. Everyone on the planet besides the refs would have called that play a fumble.
Brady plays good low risk ball control offense, because Bellicheck always puts together a strong defense. Matt Cassel could run the Patriots offense about as well as Brady. Put Manning in the Patriots lineup and you'd get even better results.
LOL. At every one saying Tom Brady is better based on his rings. You do realize it takes a TEAM to win a super bowl? The Patriots franchise is absolutely incredible. Tom Brady has helped tremendously in making that organization become as good as it is. but Peyton Manning shaped and ran the entire offense of the colts. It's not like he calls 5 audibles at the line for shits and giggles. He is god like. Never seen anyone with so much knowledge and instinct of how the game is played.
@n8dawg414 Peyton is god huh? Would "god" really throw a pick-6 interception to Tracy Porter of the Saints in the remaining minutes of the 4'th quarter of Super Bowl44? If so, then then your "god" is seriously flawed. Plus I'd take Brady who has played for 10 seasons and has been to FIVE super bowls in that time period. That's other worldly right there. Or we can go with "god" in Indy who played since 1998 but only has ONE ring. Yeah thats really "godly" right there. LOL
@PsychoMantis04 No he is not "god".He does play with "god-like" skill and knowledge and you would be absolutely ignorant to deny that. Brady has great skill and knowledge as well, but people can only find one reason why Tom Brady is "better" and that's because his TEAM has won. A TEAM consists of an offense AND defense. Crazy huh? People are so stupid to base a player's skill on his team's accomplishments. So I suppose you're gonna say Dan Marino is shitty as well right? Or Warren Moon?
@n8dawg414 What you don't get, it doesn't matter if it's a regular season game or a Super Bowl, the team still gets the WIN. Moon & Marino are great players. Why would they not be? I never mentioned them. LOL Peyton isn't god or god like, hop off his cock, breath some oxygen for a while. If he was really "god like" he wouldn't have SEVEN one & done seasons in the playoffs. Where is your immortal saviour at now? Sitting at home watching espn, becasue he's god like right? LOL
@PsychoMantis04 No, he's sitting at home because he's hurt jackass.Your whole reason why Brady is better is because of super bowls. Warren Moon and Marino never won a super bowl so according to your logic, they're horrible compared to any super bowl winning quarterback. I guess Brett Favre, Joe Namath, Johnny Unitas, and Kurt Warner sucked too because they only have 1 ring like Manning.
@n8dawg414 Thats not my whole reason dinglenuts, you never asked me my whole reason jackass LOL. Stop assuming. You can name any QB you want, you can list them as much as you want. lol Your not getting anywhere. I really don't know what your trying to imply. I never said anything about Warner of Moon. Now you look paranoid and stupid. Your comments are all over the damn place. But here I will say this though Manning is a choker. Not sure how you can be god and be a choker too. LOL
@n8dawg414 Funny because he is not even a good coach... He assisted the offense in playcalling when he was injured, btw I compare legacies, Brady made a mediocre organization into a dynasty, the man has the record for having the most records that is a fact =]
@arctrooper86 Hard to assist when you have the shitty talent they had at quarterback. That is a valid comparison though. Belichick, Brady and that whole organization made the pats a dynasty though. I'm not saying that Brady is bad by any means. One of the best that has ever played the game for sure. And anyone can say he's better. That's their opinion. But I wish people didnt say he was better based on his rings. That annoys the hell out of me and I can't help but comment on that argument. haha
@n8dawg414 I don't like it when people says that it takes a TEAM to win a Super Bowl. It just seems like a poor excuse for great players with few to no rings. If you wanna go with that TEAM logic, then doesn't it take a TEAM to get individual stats too? Would Peyton Manning ever throw 49 TDs with crappy ass receivers and a garbage O-line? Nope.
Only reason their is such a big gap between their stats is because Manning has played more(as in 3 more starting seasons than Brady).
Brady has more SB Rings(3, possibly 4 this Sunday vs 1), more SB appearances(5 vs 2), and is also a 2x MVP winner(only Manning, Favre and Montana can also say that)
Tom Brady has a better team and better players and is (most likely) as good as he is because of his team and players. Peyton Manning is better hands down and doesn't need to rely on having great players to be great himself. Peyton Manning makes his team better. Tom Brady's team makes him better.
i love brady, but i respect peyton and it sucks that everyone is just throwing him aside now that he is injured, but im gonna laugh when he has a monster year next year.
Here's how I see it, and please understand I'm a patriots fan and a tom brady fan. Manning is a better passer, not by much and brady is a hell of a passer but I give the edge to peyton. Brady is more of a winner, he elevates to the occasion and is truly the best in the clutch whereas peyton struggles in the pressure moments.
It is quite interesting how both Brady's and Manning's best teams didn't win the Superbowl. 2006 Colts were Manning's best team and went 14-2 and got knocked out by The Steelers in the first round of the playoffs because of a Vanderjagt shank. And 2007 Patriots were Brady's best team and got knocked out by the David Tyree helmet catch.
Brady C'mon now! See there's too many haters now a days that don't give credit where credit is due because they don't understand the game. Manning is arguably in the top 10 maybe in the top 5 of best QB's off all time But look at what Brady has done 3 Championships in 4 years, First player in NFL history to win a MVP anonymously, Set the record for most attempted throws without throwing a INT,and he has the most TD's thrown by any QB in a season which he beat Manning for. The guy is a winner.
Manning is the best ever. Not in terms of records, but you could put him up against any6ne in a matchup and I bet 5 times out of 6 you would take manning.
@raysworldseries1213 5 times out of 6 you would take Manning over anyone? Please don't write that trash Brady has beaten Manning 7 out of the 11 times they've faced each other so how in the world does that make any sense?
@dragonsfoe99 Yes I would take manning. The one time I wouldn't I would probably take Johnny Unitas. And it just means Brady has the better team. Winning is a team effort buddy.
@raysworldseries1213 not a team effort always...usually when they played each other it would be a game of who could score the most points between them 2 almost by themselves...and Brady usually won. Anyways both great.
I would take PEYTON MANNING any day!!! Look what the Colts are doing w/o him...w/o Brady the Patriots nearly made the playoffs w/ Cassel...Peyton Manning could be on the worst team and give 'em a shot! I'm not a Colt fan, but I do have the utmost respect for this guy...I hope he doesn't retire. He is the "Michael Jordan" of football!!!!
@MINIeminemFAN DID THEY MAKING THE FUCKING PLAYOFFS U IDIOT ..ya they also had easiest schedule that yr and a team that went 16-0 the prev season and a future pro bowl QB at backup so do research before you talk
@bvswtwolves21 huh??? were you drunk when you typed that?? I get what you're saying about 16-0...but go figure Brady got his ass beat in da Super Bowl. He'll win it this year, I'm calling it! It's gonna be a rematch and he'll take it this time. Rings don't mean anything! My favorite player (not football I KNOW!) of all-time is Ken Griffey Jr. (where's his rings?)...one of if not best players in any sport of all-time!!
@MINIeminemFAN That's just because the Patriots are a better organization than the Colts. Indy had no backup plan for missing their QB. The Patriots did.
Both great QBs, 2 of the greatest of all-time. Tom Brady is my favorite player ever as a Patriots fan, and this might be a little biased, but Brady. I mean, Championships speak, and Brady has 3. Might even have a chance for a 4th this year. But Manning is one of the best ever too, and they're both great. Nothing but respect for Manning.
I go with Manning. I'm sorry, but Brady is just such a little brat sometimes. Ecspecially with that Terrell Suggs play a few years back. Hes a great QB no doubt, but people forget that Superbowl Rings are won by the TEAM. Terry Bradshaw has four rings, does that mean hes better than the likes of Dan Marino? No. Bart Starr won 2 Super Bowls, but was he better than Johnny Unitas? No, and same goes with Manning and Brady, Brady has more rings, but I think Manning is the better quarterback,
@mentosM4N Without Brady the patriots still make the playoffs...look at what happened when Manning was lost...Brady has the WAY better team around him
@bvswtwolves21 ur the idiot i never said they did i said the patriots go 8-5 without brady and the colts barely win 2 games without manning....kind of tells you something
i guess all the rodgers and brees lovers have quieted down now...... As alex smith and eli mannign out played them both. Atleast brees played good rodgers looks like flacco!
@joeylab97 Oh god, another Flacco hater. Why so much hate on Flacco? I'm a Ravens fan, born in Baltimore... I mean honestly; he's not the most agile QB when in trouble. But when your offensive line allows 6 sacks on QB and your veteran receivers are still constantly dropping well thrown balls.
What's up with all the centered hate torwards Flacco?
He's no Tom brady or Peyton manning. But almost 99% QB'ers aren't.
Woah...Rodgers doesn't even come in between Brady or Manning. If you want to bring other QBs into this, Drew Brees owns Rodgers just like Brady and Manning does.
@wizzleman1192 Tebow is no Manning either... Manning is the only QB in the past 10 years we have seen best Brady on a consistent basis.
Coaches note that Manning is the harder QB to plan for and play against because of his intelligence and his ability to change the play at the last second.
@MrOkmlp what the hell are u smoking ttom brady has never faced aaron rodgers in the superbowl are u on crack u idiot bradys got 3 bowls rodgers has one your argument is the stupidest thing i have ever heard bradys the best in the game hes been incredible over the last decade sooooo you make 0 sense
@berper1996 lmao actaully i am bradys still in the playoffs coming off a 45 point game and your 1 seed rodger boys just got their ass kicked if u honestly think rodgers is better then brady or manning just pick a door and leave and go live in a cave and die hop off that gay bitch bandwagon that you've gotten on and shut the fuck up thank you and have a nice day
@JeremyTheGreat11 what the fuck are u talking about he has weapons tht other qb's would die 4 stop jumpin on rodgers bandwagon manning and brady have been doing it over past decadew ith less sometimes so stfu and think before speaking
@thtkidnick7 I agree that the packers recievers are better than the pats wideouts but rodgers has Quick release, throw Accurate, Great footwork, Great pocket presence and instincts, Can scramble, Can tuck the ball and run, can throw accurate on the run, he;s tough, he's a leader, he avoids sacks, he's smart, makes good decisions and which i think he's better than brady in some of these thing just from a eye ball test and mastered the back shoulder throw better than brady.
They are truly in a league of their own. Rodgers and Brees are good but they only have good years when they are loaded with talent. Brees throws a good ball but he's throwing it to guys who are wide open and the same goes with Rodgers. I'm not saying they aren't talented but they shouldn't be compared to Manning and Brady. Brady has never had a losing season, and that's with teams with little to no talent and almost no defense. Manning, my god, he is his team and that's an understatement.
Brady 199 pick, scouts said he had no build, no mobility, didnt throw a tight spiral, pressured if forced to have lift. he was overlooked, they didnt look at his heart, his will to get great and proove everyone wrong 3 superbowls 2 mvp a passing td record a perfect season passing Dan Marino all time yards. who knows what is to come. truly unbelievable he is my hero.
@thtkidnick7 When they had a QB (that never won a game before in his career) they went 2-2 if he started the season and maintained that pace they would have been 8-8 just two games worse than Manning's Colts last year.
@neilrtucker11 lmao and who deserves most of the credit his recievers and ends genius he can be sure if he throws to almost any of them they will make the play and green bay is a top turnover d so? they put in flynn against one of the best teams the packers have faced all year and he put up something like what 400 something pass yards with like 6 td's and he is a decent qb donrt get me wrong but when you can throw 2 guys like nelson your gonna be well off
Well Brady missed the 08-09 season, I think he could have won some playoff games is he hadn't went down that year. The 09-10 is when our defense got attrocious, you can't expect a QB to win playoff games with the leagues worst defense.
@xSportsKingx Ranked by yards only. NE has the 13th defense by points allowed. Peyton won a SB with the 23rd ranked defense in points allowed. Brees won 2009 with the 20th.
@SphincterOfDoom NE is 15th in points allowed not 13th, and neither of those defenses gave up anywhere near as many yards as the Pats D. That's what really matters in the post season, in the post season you need to get stops and get teams off the field. Our D made Mark Sanchez look like Joe Montana last post season.
@xSportsKingx Sanchez oddly threw no interceptions, but was held to fewer than 200 yards. All 3 of this TDs were redzone passes, 2 of which were 7 yards or less. New York churned the run well, and had like 10 DBs on the roster and shutdown the passing game well. It didn't help that NE had twice as many penalties and lost 3 fumbles.
Even so, I'd agree that the defense has been going downhill the past few years.
@maharaja2008 Every Colts fan keeps posting that same message, but the Colts wouldn't have been 2-14 with Matt Cassel as thier QB. I don't know if you actualty watch the NFL but Matt Cassel turned out to be a pro bowl QB for the Chiefs. Not to mention he had the easiest schedule in the NFL the year Brady went down. Brady would have had 14+ wins with that schedule.
@maharaja2008 11-5 by the way, but the real question is, is matt cassel 5.5 times better than curtis painter/dan orlovsky? because 2 (as in 2-14) times 5.5 is 11 (as in 11-5)
@xSportsKingx With the easiest schedule that year and TWO 1000yard rushers, he managed to do it once. Every other he's had outside of NE has been awful to mediocre.
@maharaja2008 Wes Welker is a good slot reciever but Brady MADE Wes Welker. Wes Welker goes from being undrafted and CUT by the Dolphins to being one of the most productive recievers in the NFL. Why? TOM BRADY. Brady throws Welker open, he puts the ball where only Welker can catch it. Brady's second best reciver is 32 year old Deion Branch who's never made a pro bowl. Brady has to make good use of his tight ends because overall his recieving core isn't that good.
@xSportsKingx but is tom brady more intelligent? does he call his own plays all the time instead of relying on his coach to do it for him? because we all know that tony dungy and jim caldwell kept quiet on the sideline and relied on peyton to basically coach the team all through the game.
and i believe that when gronkowski and hernandez have the ball in their hands, they're practically impossible to bring down and that's what's giving the patriots' offense such success
@neilrtucker11 Tom Brady calls his own plays all the time what are you talking about? Derrell Revis even said there's nobody better at reading defense's. Brady's awareness is second to none.
@SphincterOfDoom I'd much rather have a top tier reciever like Calvin or Andre Johnson rather than good recieving TE's. If you put Hernadez and Gronkowski on any other team I doubt they would be as productive. If TE's were optimal receiving options than TE's would be leading the league in recieving not WR's. The fact that Brady broke Marino's record with nothing more than a good slot reciever and good recieving TE's is ridiculous.
u ppl mentioning RODGERS shut the fuck up HES NOT EVEN IN THE SAME LEAGUE AS PEYTON AND BRADY he has jennings driver finley nelson and jones and a defense tht gives him time with the ball hop off his bandwagon hes the most overraated player in the nfl certainly most overated qb packers fans are a bunch of dumb assholes who are almost as bad as jets fans
@thtkidnick7 122.5 season passer rating in 2011, breaking peyton manning's old 2004 record of 121.1. all with the 2nd worst defense in the league. is 122.5 an elite passer rating? i think so
@patriotdude11 Asante Samuel. Teddy Bruschi. Ty Law. Adam Vinatieri.Rchard Seymore Bill Belichick.
Brady had plenty of help on the defensive side and special teams, and while I'm not sure all those I listed will make the hall, the only one I'm of that you listed that will make it is Harrison.
@SphincterOfDoom Doug Gabriel and Reche Caldwell...his two starting receivers in 06. He put up 34 points the AFC conference championship that game...they lost to the colts(who beat teh bears) 38-34....that defense looked real great then...and again in 03 when they won the superbowl brady needed every bit of the 31 points he put up...People forget that Vinatieri missed 2 FG's against the Rams in 01. and maybe not Clarke but Wayne is definitely hall bound. Vinatieri/Bruschi and Belichkick will
@patriotdude11 The Colts had the #2 pass defense and the number 32 run defense that year, being 23rd overall in points allowed. The defense uncharacteristically looked awesome against KC in the playoffs for sure, probably in part due to Sanders' return. The Patriots' defense in 2006 was 2nd in points allowed and 4th in takeaway differential.
The Patriot's defense in 2003 was 1st in points allowed, primary due it's rush defense, but still forcing 29 interceptions on the season.
@patriotdude11 I could see Freeney. Mathis strikes me as benefiting from being opposite Freeney. In any case, both have had great supporting casts on both sides of the ball. Brady predominantly with defense, Manning with offense. To say one has done more with less I think oversimplifies their accomplishments.
I'm not sure who is better lets see: PM: Regular Season PM: Early years lost alot in big games during the playoffs PM: 4 MVPs PM: 1-1 in SB TB: Great during the post season TB: 3-1 in SB TB: Wins when it matters most TB: Almost a perfect season, lol. Thanks to the Giants and the catch and patriots poor defense. I like both but I give a slight edge to TB just because of the playoffs and SBs but not by much. What is one thing that Eli has over Payton? A SB ring and win over the patriots, lol
Keep in mind that prior to 07 Manning had MUCH better weapons to work with. Brady's best reciever was Deon Branch who never made a pro bowl. Manning was throwing in a cozy dome to 2 HALL OF FAME RECIEVERS.
Peyton Manning. Smartest QB of all time. Manning added science to the game, which is truly amazing. Brady had a superbowl team. Look what the Colts are without Manning. Put Manning on the Pats, 16-0 season with a Superbowl.
@pwnsyou82 The Colts aren't the same team that Manning had most of his career. Plus there competing for the Andrew Luck sweepstakes. If Manning played this season they probably would have had like 9 or 10 wins tops. The Pats have had the worst defense in the entier NFL the past two years, yet we went 14-2 last year, and we should finish up the season 13-3 this year. Why? TOM BRADY, he hides our weaknesses. He's the only QB in the league that could win 14 games with the worst defense in the NFL.
@pwnsyou82 Oh really this material eh? Lol. "Brady had a better super bowl team" Really? In 2000, the patriots were 5-11 with the veteran QB Bledsoe, then, in 2001 they started off 0-2. Bledsoe gets injured, Brady takes over, then takes a 5-13 team, to 11-5, & to a super bowl victory over Kurt Warner & Marshall Faulk. I'd say the patriots were not a "super bowl" team until #12 took over. I'm not sure what NFL your watching. Nice try though.
You guys forget that Cassel inherited one of the greatest teams of all time? You probably could plug in Orlovsky in the 2009 Colts and have at least 8 wins.
the argument over which qb is better is kinda dumb, put either of these guys on a good team and ur gonna get a lot of wins, theyre both as good as u can get after that its all up to the players around them
@markb31688 Brady been just fine in the playoffs, it's our attrocious defense that made Mark Sanchez look like Joe Montana LOL. Statstically the worst defense in the league, that being said he's still had MORE playoff wins than Manning since 07. And he was a fluke helmet catch away from an undeafeted season and 4 superbowls.
Brady plays conservatively in the playoffs, 6.6 Y/A, 62.3%, 86.0 rating isn't that great as well. Even Manning has a better rating, and people call him a choke. n8dawg414 1 week ago
LOL
PsychoMantis04 1 week ago
@n8dawg414 Funny because he is not even a good coach... He assisted the offense in playcalling when he was injured, btw I compare legacies, Brady made a mediocre organization into a dynasty, the man has the record for having the most records that is a fact =]
arctrooper86 1 week ago
@arctrooper86 Hard to assist when you have the shitty talent they had at quarterback. That is a valid comparison though. Belichick, Brady and that whole organization made the pats a dynasty though. I'm not saying that Brady is bad by any means. One of the best that has ever played the game for sure. And anyone can say he's better. That's their opinion. But I wish people didnt say he was better based on his rings. That annoys the hell out of me and I can't help but comment on that argument. haha
n8dawg414 1 week ago
@n8dawg414 I don't like it when people says that it takes a TEAM to win a Super Bowl. It just seems like a poor excuse for great players with few to no rings. If you wanna go with that TEAM logic, then doesn't it take a TEAM to get individual stats too? Would Peyton Manning ever throw 49 TDs with crappy ass receivers and a garbage O-line? Nope.
TomBradyallday 1 day ago
Brady. Their career season avg's are practically identical
Brady: 3980 Yds, 30 TDs, 12 Ints, 63.8 comp%, 96.4 QB Rate
Manning: 4217 Yds, 31 TDs, 15 Ints, 64.9 comp%, 94.9 QB Rate

Peyton Manning - 1 Super bowl

The guy is a winner.
edyman147 1 month ago
Manning is the best ever. Not in terms of records, but you could put him up against any6ne in a matchup and I bet 5 times out of 6 you would take manning.
raysworldseries1213 1 month ago
@raysworldseries1213 5 times out of 6 you would take Manning over anyone? Please don't write that trash Brady has beaten Manning 7 out of the 11 times they've faced each other so how in the world does that make any sense?
dragonsfoe99 1 month ago
@dragonsfoe99 Yes I would take manning. The one time I wouldn't I would probably take Johnny Unitas. And it just means Brady has the better team. Winning is a team effort buddy.
raysworldseries1213 1 month ago
@raysworldseries1213 not a team effort always...usually when they played each other it would be a game of who could score the most points between them 2 almost by themselves...and Brady usually won. Anyways both great.

Both great QBs, 2 of the greatest of all-time. Tom Brady is my favorite player ever as a Patriots fan, and this might be a little biased, but Brady. I mean, Championships speak, and Brady has 3.

Manning and Brady have had amazing careers, and are neck and neck in most every individual category.
Then again, check out their left forearms. One of them seems to missing something.
SphincterOfDoom 1 month ago
They are truly in a league of their own. Rodgers and Brees are good but they only have good years when they are loaded with talent. Brees throws a good ball but he's throwing it to guys who are wide open and the same goes with Rodgers. I'm not saying they aren't talented but they shouldn't be compared to Manning and Brady. Brady has never had a losing season, and that's with teams with little to no talent and almost no defense. Manning, my god, he is his team and that's an understatement.

maxentus22 1 month ago
Well Brady missed the 08-09 season, I think he could have won some playoff games is he hadn't went down that year. The 09-10 is when our defense got attrocious, you can't expect a QB to win playoff games with the leagues worst defense.
xSportsKingx 1 month ago
@xSportsKingx Ranked by yards only. NE has the 13th defense by points allowed. Peyton won a SB with the 23rd ranked defense in points allowed. Brees won 2009 with the 20th.
SphincterOfDoom 1 month ago
@SphincterOfDoom NE is 15th in points allowed not 13th, and neither of those defenses gave up anywhere near as many yards as the Pats D. That's what really matters in the post season, in the post season you need to get stops and get teams off the field. Our D made Mark Sanchez look like Joe Montana last post season.
xSportsKingx 1 month ago

Brady would have had 14+ wins with that schedule.
xSportsKingx 1 month ago
@maharaja2008 11-5 by the way, but the real question is, is matt cassel 5.5 times better than curtis painter/dan orlovsky? because 2 (as in 2-14) times 5.5 is 11 (as in 11-5)
neilrtucker11 1 month ago
@neilrtucker11 Matt Cassell definately could have won 8 or 9 games on the Colts he's a pro bowl QB.
xSportsKingx 1 month ago
@xSportsKingx With the easiest schedule that year and TWO 1000yard rushers, he managed to do it once. Every other he's had outside of NE has been awful to mediocre.
SphincterOfDoom 1 month ago
Brady has Welker, Branch, Ocho( who's terrible this season) Gronk, Hernandez, Edelman & his running backs.
maharaja2008 1 month ago
@maharaja2008 Wes Welker is a good slot reciever but Brady MADE Wes Welker. Wes Welker goes from being undrafted and CUT by the Dolphins to being one of the most productive recievers in the NFL. Why? TOM BRADY. Brady throws Welker open, he puts the ball where only Welker can catch it. Brady's second best reciver is 32 year old Deion Branch who's never made a pro bowl. Brady has to make good use of his tight ends because overall his recieving core isn't that good.
xSportsKingx 1 month ago
@xSportsKingx but is tom brady more intelligent? does he call his own plays all the time instead of relying on his coach to do it for him? because we all know that tony dungy and jim caldwell kept quiet on the sideline and relied on peyton to basically coach the team all through the game.
and i believe that when gronkowski and hernandez have the ball in their hands, they're practically impossible to bring down and that's what's giving the patriots' offense such success
neilrtucker11 1 month ago

Peyton Manning. Smartest QB of all time. Manning added science to the game, which is truly amazing. Brady had a superbowl team. Look what the Colts are without Manning. Put Manning on the Pats, 16-0 season with a Superbowl.
pwnsyou82 1 month ago
@pwnsyou82 The Colts aren't the same team that Manning had most of his career. Plus there competing for the Andrew Luck sweepstakes. If Manning played this season they probably would have had like 9 or 10 wins tops. The Pats have had the worst defense in the entier NFL the past two years, yet we went 14-2 last year, and we should finish up the season 13-3 this year. Why? TOM BRADY, he hides our weaknesses. He's the only QB in the league that could win 14 games with the worst defense in the NFL.
xSportsKingx 1 month ago
@pwnsyou82 Oh really this material eh? Lol. "Brady had a better super bowl team" Really? In 2000, the patriots were 5-11 with the veteran QB Bledsoe, then, in 2001 they started off 0-2. Bledsoe gets injured, Brady takes over, then takes a 5-13 team, to 11-5, & to a super bowl victory over Kurt Warner & Marshall Faulk. I'd say the patriots were not a "super bowl" team until #12 took over. I'm not sure what NFL your watching. Nice try though.

@xSportsKingx the pats good defense went away in the 09 season, and brady hasn't won a single playoff game since january 2008
