San Francisco is a pile of shit, regardless of what you think about healthcare. It's an asylum city for illegal aliens. It's out of touch with most of America on gay marriage, gun rights, and the death penalty. The city passes stupid, "holier-than-thou" laws like banning Happy Meal toys and plastic bags at grocery stores. I believe that the city covers sex changes for government employees. The city banned the JROTC; it hates the military. The city officially endorsed Hugo Chavez.
