I have always felt very conflicted when it comes to the meaning behind this song, and how it is to be interpreted. On the one hand, it is seems as though it is written about someone whom is cared for deeply and is expressing those emotions in a positive light. On the other, it seems as though this is a song dealing with loss, no matter what brought it about, and the pain and sorrow that is involved with losing a loved one.

Anyone else have any thoughts or insight?

@koranae The definite impression I got from it, is its a song of longing, and pain. Dealing with the loss of someone, and returning to the memories, But songs are all about different interpretations, its whatever you get from the song I guess.
