That's Wolf!! He's a local legion who plays with "Tuba" (Mark) and "Trumpet" (Kenneth) regularly in the Quarter. They are all old school Treme' musicians and have solid chops!!
if that makes you want to play trombone um.. listen to chick corea and you'll want to learn piano. save some time. skip the bone, however trumpet players are a dime a dozen, that might be why it seems he sounds really good.
