Basically, for HP battle Bidoof, for Atk battle Gyraados, for Speed battle magikarp, for defence battle graveler, for Sp def and Sp atk im not sure...

Then the power items Bracer, Lens etc, that can be obtained at the battle area, for 16BP. They +4 the EV's you get, also Pokerus, the disease on Pokemon gives a x2 to whatever you get. say I battle a Gyarados for 2 Evs, I get 12 for 2(2+4).

Back to the video, mixed sweepers are pretty cool and something you don't see too often. Another great pokemon to use for that is Infernape. He's got a good enough base speed where you can just focus on Attack and Special Attack in order to take down all kinds of pokemon.

Good point but typically it depends upon the nature if bold natured most people put a hefty amount in spdef since they get the +def from the nature where calm natures invest in Defense normally since the Spdef get boosted or some people just boost what the nature the boost. but as i said the majority are still Spdef walls. If you drag in a download porgon you are most likely to get an attack raise than a spatk raise just like with mist milotics
