@bmeyer44 I've wondered about using acid malt (malt sprayed with lactic acid, as I understand it) but so far have just used lactic acid solution with lager.
@djscalo a bit of a pro ha!! far from it, just chancing my arm man, got plenty of help from the vids on youtube and nige has mountain of knowledge on home brewing a very helpful guy.
@videoMC2010 Youtube is well handy for gettin info thats for sure. I think I blocked nige from commenting on my vids? He went off on one at me over can kits, no time for that shite.

Yep I did when I was filling the fermenter it was 1.042, it should turn out grand.
