18 X 22 Vistalite kick with an Evans Emad head with a small pillow inside. The pedal is a strap-drive DW5K. Where most punk drummers play fast doubles by using a heel to toe method of sliding up and down the footplate, I use the less conventional side to side approach....
either work, just remember to NOT raise your toe off the footplate....
