I just posted a pav bhaji video too...my recipe's a tad diffnt thought...never had cheese pav bhaji though, I'm giving it a shot next time!

Having everything ready on a big wide tray is such an obviously convenient approach that I never thought of. :) I wish that either more of your videos were understandable or that I knew Tamil...
