Fantastic training - this is a great example of what to do on your own when there's no partners around. I find this kind of thing makes it more fun and varied as well, which makes me want to train more. Really liking what I've seen of your channel so far my friend. :)
Hi Qiamex.. could use an expanded chest too, but arms are better than your face I guess.. it's a matter off hitting something solid like a wall with minimum impact.. try it..

Looks like a very thorough training. Only it seems a bit odd to put your arms in front of you when bumping into something.
